I am a second-year master's student at EPFL, in biology. I offer support courses in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. The course offers a possibility of help for students having difficulties in the proposed courses. The student will find a framework where he can ask these questions, discuss methodologies and improve. Putting my knowledge at the service of other people is a plus that I like to share. My personalized tutoring lessons are a great help in enabling my students to progress with confidence. I provide them with tailored learning methods. After easily identifying their areas of weakness, I assist them in consolidating their knowledge and achieving all the objectives required by their teachers in public or private schools. I have two educational support locations available for my students: Avenue de Lavaux (since 04.01.21) Rue du Lac (since 01.09.22) In addition to this, I offer pre-entry courses, ECR preparation courses, school coaching, and language courses. My private lessons are suitable for DYS/ADD students as well as highly proficient (HP) students. I also collaborate with other teachers for certain more specialized subjects. All lessons can be conducted either individually or in small groups of 2 to 4 students.

As a second-year Life Sciences student at EPFL, I offer math and physics-chemistry courses for students up to high school level. I earned a science baccalaureate specializing in mathematics and physics-chemistry, and have been giving private lessons for several years. My goal is to help each student progress methodically and confidently, in a supportive environment tailored to their individual pace. Issu d'une famille nombreuse, j'ai toujours aidé mes petits frères et sœurs à comprendre leurs cours de mathématiques et de physique. J'ai toujours aimé réexpliquer le cours de math à mes camarades de classe plus en en difficulté (durant ma première année de gymnase, j'organisait fréquemment des visioconférences pour réexpliquer le cours à la classe entière, car le prof était souvent absent), et je ne suis statisfait que lorsque je vois l'étincelle de compréhension dans les yeux de la personne à qui j'explique. Cependant, jusqu'à présent, je n'ai jamais vraiment pensé pouvoir donner des cours particuliers. C'est il y a quelques mois, lorsque je réexpliquait (avec plaisir), une partie du cours d'AICC 2 à deux amies, que je me suis fait la réflexion que peut être que je pourrais donner des cours. Elles ont pensé exactement la même chose, et m'ont encouragé à tenter l'aventure ! Je suis donc étudiant en Bachelor d'informatique à L'EPFL (3ème semestre, donc 2e année), je propose des cours de mathématique et de physique adaptés à tout élève du niveau secondaire ou préparant le baccalauréat (gymnase). Mon objectif est avant tout d'aider à mieux comprendre le cours, en apportant une vision nouvelle, afin de voir les choses autrement, d'une manière compréhensible pour chacun, dans le but de développer l'intuition et la logique sur des sujets de mathématique ou de physique divers. Après cela, les exercices sont essentielles pour voir si on a bel et bien compris ce qu'on est entrain de faire. Hi Everyone, I'm working as a researcher in nuclear fusion at EPFL, after a PhD at EPFL, a masters at ETH in Zurich and a bachelors in Freiburg, I got quite proficient in maths and physics. I have quite some experience in teaching, and gave lessons to all ages from highschool to university level.

Je commence par te demander de me guider dans ton raisonnement et ton approche, et je te corrige s'il y a quelque chose qui n'est pas bien à ce niveau. Si tu coinces, je te pose des questions pour te guider vers la solution sans te la dire directement. Si ce n'est pas suffisant, on fait l'exercice ensemble de façon guidée dans l'espoir que tu pourras résoudre un exercice du même type seul(e) dans le futur. Je peux également trouver des exercices intéressants et les donner à mes élèves. Tous les étudiants jusqu'à un niveau bachelor universitaire inclus sont bienvenus. I love teaching and have always enthusiastically helped my classmates. I have been giving private lessons since 2016 (around 25 students, including one for Analysis I, EPFL). A student at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), I am currently in BA5 - third year of Bachelor's degree - in the IC (computer science) faculty.
